Trying to print a form WITH the user data included

I have received two sets of instructions now that still do not tell me how to do the above (and allow users to print the ENTIRE form - with their responses) after they complete it.

I have added a "Print" button to my form and understand how to print it from the Submissions page; however, what downloads and prints is ONLY the information the user enters into the form and NOT the text, graphics, or content from the form itself.

Someone sent me instructions for how to do the above but they did not correspond to the options/buttons in the site.

Your users can print the filled form if you add a print button to the last submit button. Here's a guide:
