Why emails are ending up in the spam folder?

    My only problem is all the Jot emails - including the ones from support go to my spam folder. Had to include a P.S. in my autoresponder to please check your spam folder.

    I would suggest you to mark the emails as not spam, this should tell the email provider the JotForm emails are safe. 

    You may additionally ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses so you receive your emails in your inbox folder: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
