My subscription was canceled due to non payment because the card on file was no longer valid. How do I get all my forms back Im trying to make a payment but not sure how?

You can login to the account at https://www.jotform.com/login
If this is the correct account, I reviewed and found that it was already renewed till next month. The latest payment method was via Paypal payment.
