My setting have my correct email, but a popup said it is on the bounce account??? How did it get there and why??? And is that why I am not receiving emails notifying me that customers filled out a form?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your email address email@example.com and found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 521 5.2.1 : (DMARC:F1) This message failed DMARC
That is the reason why you were not receiving submission emails from your forms. I have removed it from our bounce list now. Please test your form again by sending atest submission and see if you are receiving submission emails or not.
Please note that if the receiving email server blocks or rejects emails sent, that email address is added to bounce list with the bounce reason. In your case, the issue seems to be that AOL is blocking the emails due to DMARC policy. Since I have already removed your email address from bounce list, please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists, we will report it to our backend team.
