How can I get a log in to look at my data instead of it being fwd to me from an email?

I would like to know how to go about getting a log in and password. Currently our company uses jotform for exit interviews and they are sent to me via email. I would like to be able to log in so that I can do reports. Is that possible?

Your last response came from a Guest account.  When I search for other accounts associated with your IP address, I found one with the username "MCCLABEL", with a similar email address to yours "gr**.mi******l@mcc*****.com".  I believe that is the account you are looking for.

Once you recover the account, you can view your submissions in the manner my colleague mentioned.
