    Good afternoon mr/mrs,

In your privacy statement you mention that EU users can store their data within their own jurisdiction. You also state that specific privacy requirements that are related to this are covered. However this is nowhere explained in detail. I can not find more relevant information about this on your website. Also when I follow the link on your website, I do not read more relevant information. Could you perhaps provide me with more details/proof of HOW you comply with EU-privacy rules?

Thanks in advance for your quick response,

    Best Regards,

    Koen Hilhorst

Besides the privacy policy page: https://www.jotform.com/help/9-Privacy-Policy, did you check more details on this one? https://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/

Yes, our privacy expert looked into all details and info. It is fine that the data is being transferred to the EU to be under EU-jurisdiction. However this also means that you have to describe HOW you comply with the (more strict) EU rules and regulations. We can not find any details about that. Therefore we do still not have any proof that your solution is compliant.
