Square is charging us a fee for transactions

We signed up for square through your website so we could use that payment method on our forms, and part of the deal was that we would get the first $1000 transactions on Square for free? It didn't work they are already charging us fees. Did we do something wrong? It was advertised by you at jot form so Im wondering why it didn't work?

Please be noted that the Bronze subscription allows receiving 1000 submissions along with the payments in a month. These payments can be from any gateway that is integrated on your forms. However, the charges from the payment gateway are not the part of the subscription and the processing charges from the gateway will be applicable as per the transactions. Please note that we do not process any payments and we forward the form data to the payment gateway for further processing.

Sure but on your website you say that if we sign up with square through
your website square won't charge payment on first $1000 dollars is that not
true? If not you need to remove that advertisement from your website! I
will contact square, but thought you might be able to help us clear that up
with them!
