they call me saying that the loading when full filled is not available, that it take a long while m, in fact i am not receiving any enquiry since the middle of July 14 .

I'm not sure if I understood the exact problem that your users have been experiencing. However, I assume that the form stucks on please wait then the form is submitted.
If this is the case, I checked your form through its stand alone URL and I was able to submit the form without any problem.
In addition to this, I also checked the URL provided by you and I was not able t open that link. It gaves following error:
