How to enable forms?

    I just upgraded from free to Bronze level and now all my forms are disabled even though the "enabled" marker is switched on. Help, need to reactive ASAP!!

    Your account was autosuspended by our phishing system. I inspected your forms, but I did not find any fields that are violating our Terms of Use. I activated your account and your forms are now enabled.
