Free plan has limit of 10 payment submission. What happens when the 11th person tries to use the form?

    Hello!

I am setting up a JotForm for the first time, and I have some questions. First, I am currently using the free version. When you say there are 10 payments a month, does that mean only 10 people can use a form and process a payment in a 30-day period? What happens when the 11th person tries to use the form?

Second, I see that you say you can upgrade/down grade at any time. We have an event in September...so if I upgraded to a bronze level now, then in October I could go back to the free account? And then upgrade again in January for my April event, and then downgrade in May again? And keep up that cycle without losing any of my info?

Third, for the form views, do all of the times I've logged in count - which has been several as I'm figuring things out!

Finally, I plan to apply for non-profit status. I'm assuming that wouldn't change the answers to any of the questions above. And how long does it take to be approved?

    Thanks!

    Hello AIPAGIA,

What happens when the 11th person tries to use the form?

Please note that in free account, you can only receive 100 submissions along with 10 payment submission. If any of the submission limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled and your user will be able to submit your form.

you can upgrade/down grade at any time.

I have moved your question to a new thread so that we can address it separately. You will be answered in the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1208177
