Hi, I'm building a membership form for Oakland Tech's PTA, and I don't see a template that fits what I'm trying to do.

I would like to offer the option to buy more than one membership at specific amounts ($5 for staff and students; $10 for parents, etc.)

an option to donate more (and this would be a minimum suggested amount (but people can choose any amount)

we'd like the payment button to tally the amounts and charge for all of them at once.

We will also include: boxes to collect contact info and a dropdown for people to choose volunteer opportunities

A lot of the templates have multiple products, but I couldn't find one that included donation options. I've tried a template and building a form from scratch, both linked below. But both seem to limit me to requesting payment for only one thing.

You can use multiple payment element in your form using iFrame embed widget. You need to create 3  forms ( for membership form Oakland Tech's PTA, Membership Payment and Donating Payment).    "Membership Payment" form and "Donating Payment" form will be include payment elements. You need to add 2 iFrame embed widgets: one for membership payment and one for donating payment to  "Membership for Oakland Tech's PTA" form. You need to add and configure a payment service to both  "Membership Payment Form" and " Donating Form ". Then embed the links of "Membership Payment Form" and "Donating Payment Form" to your "Membership for Oakland Tech's PTA" form with iFrame widget.

In Paypal Integration tab, You might switch "Show Total Price On The Form" to YES to tally the amounts.

With Paypal payment options you might select your payment type (for buying products or donating etc.)
