Could you please remove the WePay from your form and re-add and reintegrate it with your form? In addition, please clear your browser caches or try it with incognito mode of your browser.

If you replicate the same issue, please contact with us. Please provide more detailed information such as screenshots etc.
Finally, I couldn't find any JotForm account associated with your email address :email@example.com. Share your JotForm username, too.
