Not receiving password reset instructions email

    I tried to change my password and now it is frozen and I never got the change password email

    Nothing works for me to sign in.

    I have checked your email activity and found two password reset instructions emails sent to you today, with one hour apart between these two.

    Please check your SPAM/JUNK/BULK folders in case emails are landing there instead of your inbox. Their subject link should read "JotForm Lost Password" and they are coming from

    I do not have those emails to this email address, nor are they in SPAM.
