Tenho o plano bronze mas o formulário não abre no site. Já enviei contato e até o momento não tive resposta.
Se não resolverem rápido eu vou cancelar a compra do plano bronze.

Your forms are active now.
I recently moved them to your account Cassyah, as was requested on this thread.
They were previously located on the account gabithomaz and that account was over the limit, so the forms were disabled.
