Want to know if I can propagate fields on the form such as email, and name so clients do not have to fill them out?

Also is it possible for them to be hidden?

My understanding is that you want to pre-populate the form fields. It is possible to pre-populate the form fields via the URL. I recommend you use the Field Prepopulator app. Here's the link: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/.

If you want to do it manually, please check this guide: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

Also is it possible for them to be hidden?

In the Form Builder, right click on the field and then select the "Hide" option.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
