I have been play around by adding and deleting some entries, so I can see the submit button. I can see the submit on on the view. but when I send myself the link, I am unable to submit my request to purchase item. I'm sure it something simple, that I am not doing right. Please help so I can get this out to my customers.

I checked your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/72098660553159) but I was not able to replicate the issue you are encountering. When I view your form, the Submit button is displayed at the bottom of the page.
Are you still encountering the issue? If yes, can you try to open your form on a different browser and see if you will also encounter the issue on a different browser? If the issue still persists, please provide us the browser where you have encountered the issue and the device you are using.
