Problem with downloading submissions as an excel file

Desde hace dos días tengo problemas con las descargas de los exámenes en excel

As far as I understand, you have a problem with downloading form submissions as an excel file.

I have checked your form named "9. Evaluación de la Formación Recepcionistas" on your side in order to test and I couldn't see any issue with downloading form submissions as an excel file as you can see the example screenshot below:

Also, the downloaded excel file has whole form submissions. I have tested this case on Mozilla Firefox and I couldn't see any problem. Which web browser do you use?

Also, as far as I know, there is not any problem in our system currently. 

Could you please test again and let us know if the issue still persists? So that, we can assist further.
