You may also check your email history. To do so please follow the steps below:
Go to My Forms page and click the little gear icon near your profile icon to open the profile settings:
Click the History tab from the left panel, select the emails at the top right of your page and check the emails sent:
Please do not forget to check your spam/junk folder for emails.
Please note that you have conditions to send email. If the conditions are not met, users will not be able to get emails. Please try to arrange your conditions accordingly.
