When a respons mail is sent to recipient in form, whihc includes a link to a PDF in the mail we get a 404 error.
Link can be opened on Win 10 PC, have not tried Apple IOS yet...

Did you login to your JotForm account where you are able to view the PDF form? Could you check if the option 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' is enabled in the Privacy section of your account settings?
If the option is enabled and not logged in on the other devices may be causing the issue. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.
