Is there anyway to display the question when saving form submissions as PDF?

Is there any way to display the actual questions when saving form submissions as PDF? Each one says "click to edit" instead of the question that was asked.

I cloned the form to check the issue. I noticed that you used the Text field for the question and the Long Entry Text field for the Text Area Box. Please try adding the question in the Text field to the Long Entry Text field and remove the Text field to avoid confusion. Here's a little animation clip on how to do it:

I copy the question of the Text field and paste it in the Long Entry Text field question to replace the "Click this to Edit..." text.
