    Hello, our employees are unable to make submission and we are unable to update the status. Please advise.

    @janiceworthen, I checked your account and can't find a form in it. I tested one that is shared with you (https://form.jotform.us/50911178400144) but I was able to successfully submit.

    We are not having outage reports aside from this.

    Can you please give us the correct URL of the form you are having problem with?
