Hi I've been on a thread about this and had one response from support, which suggested I click a show field button which I had already done and this doesn't fix the problem. I responded in my private thread but now that seems to have disappeared?

This is because you are using PayPal Pro without entering your account details. I switched to PayPal (Standard) I then entered my paypal account details. And I also made sure the widget is not hidden:
