How to apply theme from theme store to my existing form?

Hey Jotform,

I wanted to use this form - https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/cool-and-minimal
But when I click "use theme" I have no option to customize it - with my own questions or even change the color ..
I can either install this one as it is or create my own - but when I do that it just starts from scratch and does not set it up like the theme - and it should do that right?

How can I best customize the form above? And then install it on my page?

My previous answer explains how to clone form displayed in the theme . Please note that you can apply the them to one of your existing form as well. Please check the screenshot below how to apply theme to your own form:
