Are Jotform Notifications encrypted?

    Hi,

We know that Jotform submission is secure, but are the notifications and responder emails encrypted at all?

Is it possible to apply encryption or security to emails that are sent from Jotform servers?

    Hello Becca,

You can enable the Encryption Feature to your forms. Only you or anyone with the Encryption key can view the submissions and notification email. To enable it, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

Here's the notification email with Encrypt Data enable:

Some of the features that are not available for Encrypted Forms are:

    - PDF Downloads.
    - Reports: this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within Submission Panel.
    - Emails:  Usually emailed to the form submitters such as Autoresponder Email.

I hope that helps. If you have questions, please contact us again.
