    Hi Jotform support,

I have a form with a name field (with first and last name fields). The original form is in German and I've used the great translation feature to translate this to english.

However, although the translations I've placed on the field labels are "first name", "last name", the labels I'm seeing in the english version are "city", "country". Not really sure where those values come from. Appreciate your help on this.

    Thanks

I'm indeed seeing the problem on 2 of your forms Personalfragebogen Prod and Personalfragebogen Staging. However, I failed to see this problem on a test form I did, nor with a stripped down version of your form https://www.jotform.com/72192464690966

After process of elimination, I found out that the problem is being caused by the 2nd Full Name field you have on your form. I'm not sure why you have another Full Name field but this is the extra field I'm referring to:

Just delete that field and double check your translations before testing again and it should work. If it doesn't, please get back to us so we can have another look.

Is this a strict constraint not to have two full name fields in the same form (if so, I would say this is a bit too strict)? If there's no such constraint, is this considered a bug? Is there an option to fix this?

    Thanks

You can have two full name fields in the same form, try duplicating the full name. Here's a guide:

    1. Log in to your account, select the form and click the Edit form.
    2. Select the name field then right click.
    3. Select the Duplicate feature.

I hope that helps. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
