For example:
If a person choice option A the email will send the answer with the text "Your account is okay" but if the person choice letter B the email will send the text "Your account was cancel. beacusa of {reason}".

You can arrange what you need by following the steps below:
In the example you provided, you need to create two different email contents to send to the two different groups of people you’ve mentioned. In the ‘SETTINGS’ section of your form, choose the ‘EMAILS’ section from the menu.
In your case, you need to create two autoresponder emails. Please see the screenshots below:
Now, you need to set the conditions to send the appropriate emails. Please, select the ‘CONDITIONS’ section from the ‘SETTINGS’ menu.
From the ‘CHANGE E-MAIL RECIPIENT’ section, you can manage the conditions to send different emails to different people based on their answers to your form’s questions. See below for more details:
