Edit the email title heading

Hi,

Please take a look at the form below that i receive in my email.

Please advise where i need to look within my settings etc so i can edit this as shown below.

i HAVE LOOKED BUT DONT SEE IT.

You can edit it in the Email section page. To do that, please follow this guide:

1. Log in to your account, select the form and click the Edit form.
2. Go to the Settings page and select the Emails tab.
3. After that, edit the notification email content on this page.
