Is there a way to create a form where parents could see a calendar of lunch menu options

Wondered if there might be a way to create a form where parents could go in, see a calendar of lunch menu options for the month, and select which hot lunches they'd like to purchase for the coming month.

We'd like parents to see a monthly calendar like this, where they could click on the meals they want to order for their child.  It doesn't have to be this cute or fancy at all, but a simple calendar with food items listed that could be selected and totaled by a certain date the month before.

In the Input Table Properties, you can specify the Rows and Columns name. You may also change the Input Type.
