    Is there a reason why my account got suspended?

    Is there a reason why my account got suspended? I never created any payment, login, etc. forms on the ones I created, so I'm not sure what may have happened?

    Upon inspection I found that your account got autosuspended because your form "Signature Sample Form" with ID 72213118461144 is collecting passwords, in violation of our terms of use.

    Please see our terms of use, especially sections "Phishing" and "Collecting Sensitive Information" here: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

    If you accept our terms of use, and grant us permission to remove the offending field/form, we may consider re-activating your account.

    Can you please delete that form so I can use the other ones? "Signature" was actually the name of the product that I was designing it for (that is the name of my flagship product), but I was just playing with that form anyway, so I don't mind it being deleted.
