We use an account shared by a small team at my workplace. We have several forms that we use consistently (several submissions per day). I now see only one form in our account. No forms are in the trash, etc. Is there a way to track which user deleted forms?
FYI, we can still submit information using a link to one of our forms, although the submissions are not visible on the back end.

Your most recent form belongs to the user "kylehughes". I believe the forms were shared with your account from that account but they are no longer shared:
This is why the forms can still be filled instead of them showing as deleted. If they were deleted, there would be an error message when visiting the forms' URL.
I would recommend contacting the owner of the "kylehughes" account to have them share the forms with your account once again.
