Not getting email notification when a user submits a form

    I was not able to see JotForm embedded to the Page URL that you have provided. I am assuming that you're referring to this form (http://www.jotform.us/form/72216357284155).

    If yes, the email address mikethedriver@trypps.com is not on our bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that emails were being sent successfully.

    If the issue persists, please contact your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of IP addresses and domain names here on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
