The forms are going into a quarantine mailbox because our system thinks they are spam/virus. Is there a way to fix this?

You have to select all the emails from Jotform in your Quarantine box then mark them as Not Spam/Junk then add email@example.com to your safe sender or contact list. In many cases, doing this method will help you get the form emails straight to your email inbox. If not, you have to whitelist our whole domain, IP Addresses, and Mailserver domains:
