Why are my flags disappearing for the submissions?

    On my form submissions, I am using the flag feature to track which submissions I have saved and downloaded. This morning, on two different computers, my flags are not saving when I switch from one page to the next. I can click the flag and fill it in, but it does not save and store the data that that particular submission was flagged.

    Is this a JotForm bug? Anything I can do to fix it?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the flag feature of the submissions. However, the issue should be fixed now. Please check and let us know if you experience any issue further in this regard. We will be happy to take a look again.

    Thank you! Signing out and back in again did the trick!
    We were on Chrome Version 60 on Mac OS 10.12.6 (for anyone else who may be having this issue. No need to switch browsers!
