Hi there, our business card order form is no providing a "Thank You" confirmation page. It appears to be set up correctly and we have used it for a couple years now but suddenly stopeed working.

I test submitted your form but I could not reproduce the issue at this time.
the submission redirects to the form Thank You page after submission
Is the form embedded on a website? Perhaps it was happening on the website only.
If you can share to us the URL of your website, we can also test the form there.
Let us know if issue still persist.
- cves3407Answered on August 14, 2017 at 07:43 PMI edited the thank you form text and after I did that it worked, not sure if that somehow reset it.
I’ll let you know I hear of issues from our client again.
