Single Choice field: Unable to update the selected by default option

I am trying to create a form and have the people make a choice to actually use the online wizard. If people try to fill this out and do not fall through with the payment, it always gets placed into the incomplete payment section, and I am trying to avoid that.

I want "Mail in my payment" be the default so that way people will not even see the online payment wizard, because naturally, they will select how many people are coming, etc, and then complain saying the online form is broken when they shouldnt have even filled it out.

    Also,

How again do I change it so the font color doesnt change when they hover over the options. The color changes to black and you can hardly read it.

    Thanks

Now, the form is not showing up at all! Oh no! It deleted by itself. I can still access the URL, but it is not showing up under "My forms." How can I recover it? It kicked me out of the form, and then when I went to go back in and edit it, It was gone! I never clicked delete. I tried contacting myself to see what happened, but I didnt have an answer.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this had caused you. I have checked your form just now and I was able to load it without the error message saying that the form is deleted.

With regards to your main concern about selecting a default option for the single choice field in your form, when I load your form I see that it is set to select the "Charge my card (fill out online payment center below)" by default.

However, I was able to reproduce the issue when I created a clone version of your form and I cannot update the said field to select "Mail in my deposit/payment (Please, do not use the Online Payment Center)" by default.

I will be forwarding this to our development team so they can take a look at the issue further. Although I cannot provide you any ETA to when this will be fixed, please be assured that once we have an update, we will notify you in this thread the soonest.

As for the font-color of the radio button option labels in the form's builder page being black, I have moved your concern to a new thread considering it is a different topic. Please click this link to go to that thread.

    Hello jloiser5113,

We have checked the issue which assigned by our support team.

Firstly, your form looks deleted by yourself. Therefore, I will explain the solution of the issue over the cloned form that was created when the error was firstly encountered.

When you review your form settings, the 'Form Continue' feature is set 'Enabled'. With this setting, your participants can close their forms in half and continue at a later time.

If the 'Single Selection' field is set to the default value during initial viewing, it will not change for a submitter who not completed submission, even if the default selection field value changes. This is because the submitters always resumes where he left off.

To fix the issue , please set your 'Form Continue' feature to 'Disabled'. After this change, you can set default value for 'Single Choice Fields' .
