On our most recent form, with "2017-2018" in the title, the photos a user submits with their completed form are not coming through when I receive a submission. Only in the attached completed form. Help!!Page URL:

I cloned your form to test it and files uploaded through the form are being received.
Your file upload fields are not required so it is possible that users are simply not adding images.
If you test with a file upload on your end, does the image come through? Let us know and we can test your form as well if you would like.

I did a test form and the test that I received did not include the images (test logo files) in the body of the email, but they were included in the PDF attachment.

I tested with your copy of the form and received an incomplete values error. If you try with regular file upload fields instead of Image preview widgets, does the form work? I am still unable to reproduce the issue in my clone of the form so it does seem specific to your copy.
