Why am I still getting your branding on my form after paying to get it off?

Hello, 

I just purchased the $19 plan and i did it solely to get rid of your branding, but as soon as someone fills it out the thank you page has the logo at the bottom with a call to action. I don't want this to be seen by anyone. How do I get rid of it? I attached a screenshot

Yes I see you are a bronze customer. So you have the choice if you want to keep the JotForm branding or not.

To remove it click on your profile icon (top right). Then click on the gear icon (beside your username). This will take you to your account profile.

On the left you need to select "Settings"

And if you scroll down you will see the "JotForm Branding" checkbox. Just uncheck it and the advertising is gone
