How do we fix the duplication we are getting with the "Press Enter" and "Next" buttons on our form?

We are creating a sign up form and are getting the "Press Enter" button to show up adjacent to our "Next" button.   How do we get rid of the duplication?   Pushing the "Press Enter" radio button does nothing, but you can get to the next question by hitting the "Enter" key or pushing the "Next" radio button.      Why is this happening?

The 'Press Enter' is not a button. It is just a text sign that a validation for the field is correct and that user can navigate to the next page by hitting the 'Enter' key.

It is not possible to remove the 'Press Enter' text sign.
