Error in images attachments

    Hello,

    We have a problem with one of our forms: "Amavir, Nuestra Casa". When we receive an answer, sometimes images files aren't sent.

    We have put all images files as required but sometimes we don't receipt these.
    You can find an example in this submit:

    The following fields are empty:
    -Imagen de la noticia
    -Imagen de la noticia
    -Imagen de la receta
    -Imagen secretos de mi tierra
    -Imagen Carta Director
    -Imagen de antes
    -Imagen de después

    I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/form/71272110715344) and test it on my end. When I uploaded images, I was able to receive the image file without an issue.

    Perhaps the issue might be related to the user's end when submitting your form. Could you please ask them to re-submit and make sure that the images are uploaded successfully before submitting the form?
