Our website - workplaceimpact.com - is showing a message our our contact page indicating: "Form over quota - This form has exceeded it's allocated quota." Unfortunately, the employees that were involved in the design of the website are not here anymore. I see with a free account you get 100 submissions per month, I don't believe we've received that many. Can someone please advise on what we need to do?

Just for your record his account is: "WorkPlaceImpact" his email is: tmcgee@workplaceimpact.com

You might need that information if you want the forms transferred to another account for example.

You were right about the submissions, they are only 7 this month.

However, you have 1,110 form views. This is why you are over your limit. A view is where a anyone accesses the page where the form is, with or without submitting. The FREE plan limits you to 1,000 views per month.

So you have two options here:

    1. You can upgrade to a paid plan. Plans start at $19USD per month. https://www.jotform.com/pricing

    2. You can wait until the 1st of next month. The submission and view limits reset to zero on the 1st day of each month.

Finally if you would like to view all your limits, please view this:
