Email Notification:Submissions on jotform not showing correct fields

    Hi, the auto response and the version the client receives in submission via email is fine. However, the version we receives on jotform under submission is different and the titles of the questions are missing?

     

    please advise.

    Can you please try to re-create the email notification on your form (delete current email notification and create a new one) and see if this will fix the issue? 

     

    If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can further investigate the issue.
