    Hi there

This form has three audiences, and depending on what they answer to the last question on the form, a particular page should show for the chosen audience, (but not the other audience's pages) and then all audiences see the last page (page 5).

I have done this by trying to hide each audience from seeing another audience's page of questions (i.e. hiding 2 pages from each audience)

    Please can you assist?

All conditions on your form are not working properly because there are conflicts between your conditions. You cannot set multiple conditions to hide the same page. For example, you created two conditions to hide the page 2. Only one of this conditions can be met.

The form can work like you want, but you will have to modify some conditions and use Skip to a page option.

Set a new condition for 'I'm under 19' option like this.

Leave the conditions for 'I'm a Provider' option.

Set a new condition for 'I'm a parent' like this.

Disable or delete all other conditions.

Hope this helps to solve the issue.
