After waiting in vain, i have finally decided to upgrade in order for my forms to be available again because hundreds of people have already been complaining of not being able to fill out our forms. You guys should consider our businesses more seriously, there is a lot to lose in only few days, you should be quicker to find solutions, I have not known you this way, may be customer service declines with sucess!
Anyways, I will still be waiting for your reply, because i was not suppose to upgrade since my initial plan covers my current use as per your own message when i was about to upgrade as follows:
""Our pricing plans have been restructured. You are currently on our old $9.95 monthly Premium plan and will keep this low rate for as long as you remain on this plan.""

We responded in your previous thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1227499. Your account was over the limit with submissions allowed. That's why it asked you to upgrade.
Please refer to that thread for all future reference regarding this problem, since it contains all necessary information.
Also, I'm afraid that you "upgraded" to the same plan that you had, just with new pricing. The Bronze plan you upgraded to is the old Premium plan with a new price. The Premium plan was $9.95 and Bronze is $19.95.
We'll wait for your response there.
