Why is my form not having Submit button?

I create an Application form and attach the link to my website after many people going to my website and pulling up the form they keep telling me there's no submit but I went and checked myself and there is no submit button are the only way you can submit it is if you hit the enter button on your keyboard after you put in the Capta word 

I have checked the web page provided and unable to find any JotForm embedded on the page. However, I have checked your account and see that there are two forms. I notice the Submit button is placed above the Captcha button on your form. Did you place the submit button intentionally?
