We have not been able to login for the past week as the website menus are not working

    We have not been available to login for the past week. The menu at the top of the website has not worked. I can click any of the buttons (Login, support, forms, pricing, etc)

    First of all please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

    I have checked your account with username msstate and was able to login without any problems. The account is active and all the forms are working properly.

    Could you please try to refresh your browser cache and then try again?

    Another suggestion would be to try to login using another device or another internet connection, to isolate the source of your issue.
