Jotform not working in iframe or website

    I sent an email last week asking why the jotform wasnt working on my website.

    When you fill it out and hit RSVP, it gets stuck in the Please Wait loading button and doesnt do anything.

    I got a reply from you guys stating to enter in the iframe embed code and now I cant even see the form and all I see is the code script. You will see what I mean when you check out my page.

     

    Can you send me an email from something other than a noreply@jotform.com email address, as I feel the problem will be better addressed if I can speak to the same person rather than go through this form submission page everytime.

    The form is shown on the webpage you provided, but the submit button is cut-off and I think that the issue is related to the Logo Image.

    Please try to increase the height of the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue. Set the height to 1250px.

    If this does not help, the I would suggest you to remove the logo form your form and add it again to your form using the Image field.

    On my cloned form I added your logo using the Image field. Here is my clone form:

    You can clone it and then embed your cloned form to your website. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot reply from some other email address. All our replies are sent from that email address.
