Form is not redirecting to an external thank you page URL.

    Hello, 

    I haven't had this problem before, but I'm sure I'm overlooking something small. I have a payment form setup and would like them to be redirected to an external link (the action after submission - "thank you page"). When I try to redirect to the external link (http://www.bluekeygroup.com/thank-you-for-your-payment), it doesn't redirect, just stays on a blank JotForm page. When I redirect to the "thank you" page in JotForm, it works fine. I am doing some sandbox testing with Stripe. Could this be the issue?

    Hello Stephanie,

    Have you removed custom thank you URL from your form? I did check your form and found that you have configured default thank you message. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I did clone your form and integrated with my Stripe account. I also configured it to display custom thank you URL. When I tested my cloned form, it seems to work as expected. I was redirected to external thank you URL successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I would suggest you to please test the following cloned form and see if it works as expected:  https://form.jotformpro.com/72334955002956

    Can you please change your form to redirect to custom thank you URL and get back to us if the issue persists?
