Some of my reservations don't come in through email

    I just made a report. There are more reservations on it than comes through on the email.

    What can cause this? Most email does come through.

    I checked our email logs for the address associated with your account and did not see any interruptions in sending.  You can view your own email history if you'd like to check specific submissions:

    It could that some either are filtered or end up in your spam folder.  If there is a specific submission you would like for us to check, let us know the details for that submission and we will have a look.
