When I am designing the form (a tournament entry form) and choose to be paid by PayPal, the box comes up and asks for my PayPal account. I input it, but it doesn't seem to link up properly. My girlfriend is trying to pay me thru it and it is not working.

I have checked your JotForm http://www.jotform.us/form/72336195684162 and see that the PayPal field is correctly configured. As I tried to submit the form, it redirected to PayPal website without any issue. Are you receiving any error message after submitting the form or making the payment from PayPal?
You may also enable Sandbox mode on the payment field to test the payments. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with testing your PayPal form.
