How can I create a welcome page on my multi-page form?

Ive created my form but I would like to add a Welcome Page however the option is not available ?

If you're asking about an actual Welcome Page though, you'd need to build one yourself using Headers, Text Fields and Page Break elements.

If I'm in your shoes, I will setup the first page of my form to have a descriptive Header, and a Text Field that will briefly welcome my users (or explain the purpose of the form).
